Intervient en mission courte (3 a 12 mois) pour structurer, accelerer ou redresser des programmes a fort enjeu, avec un ancrage methodologique Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (DMAIC, Kaizen, VSM) et une posture de partenaire executif, non de consultant externe.
